60-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to notify us of your intention to return an item, without having to provide any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, the item must be returned in clean condition, unworn (except for normal fitting/trying on), unwashed, and undamaged, preferably in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, items that come into direct contact with the skin can only be returned if they have not been used beyond a simple fitting/trying on.

2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

3. Send the product back to us.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refund

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method used for the order.

Defective or Incorrect Product

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer you either an exchange or a full refund.
